Aromatherapy has been a widely-accepted alternative practice for centuries. Getting started:

When diffusing essential oils in the air, there are various ways to do it. We recommend using an essential oils diffuser.  This preserves the full therapeutic qualities of the oils (instead of using a burner) and disperses them further than a reed diffuser would.

With an electric diffuser, you only need to add 2-3 drops of essential oil or essential oil blend.  When using a blend, it’s recommended to mix the oils first and then add the 2-3 drops to the diffuser.

  • Remember that essential oils must be diluted with a medium such as oil, water, or air before using.
  • Test your sensitivity to essential oils. Safety in using the oils and the diffuser must be practiced at all times.
